The Advent Calendar is a daily that is only active in December. You may visit each day for a short Neopets animation and the opportunity to collect some free items and Neopoints. If you are participating in the NC Mall event, we also have a list of the Stocking Stufftacular gifts.

The hidden bonus prizes also return this year. But instead of hidden candy canes there will be an Abominable Snowball in the animation that plays on the Advent Calendar each day. Once you've spotted the Abominable Snowball, you can click on it to receive a wintery-themed bonus prize; for a complete list of the items you can win, see the Abominable Snowball Prizes section below!
The Advent Calendar gave out 29,046 NP over 31 days this year!
Some Neopians will also receive the Winter Sidebar (now known to be a prize for visiting the Advent for all 31 days in December):

Hidden Abominable Snowball Prizes
For the fourth year, each Advent animation has a hidden clickable Abominable Snowball in each animation. Clicking on these Abominable Snowballs will award you a random Neopoint item once per day. If you miss a day, just like the Advent itself, you may not go back to claim your missed prize.
