If you don't already have it, you can now unlock it by refreshing your inventory with both a Drackonack and an item r88 or lower with the word 'cheese' in it until the Drackonack eats the cheese. The Drackonack typically must be positioned next to the cheese in the inventory in order for it to work. It appears to work with both the 'stacked' and 'unstacked' versions of the inventory (the top right toggle on the page).
