Smile Withme
Chadley made his return in early April 2024 posing as Smile Withme to encourage us to smile. He hung posters around the site (on converted pages only) with cheery messages. As seen from the home page:

Smile Withme Interactions
Upon navigating to any converted page on the site, you would first be greeted with a double-poster display.
I'm just trying to earn some Neopoints here!
After closing that out, a string of interactions with Smile Withme began.
It looks like everyone has a case of the Monday Blues, huh? Well, no need to worry! I am here to help! My name is Smile Withme, and as soon as I heard about everyone feeling frowny, I came and created some motivational posters around Neopia because, as we all know, the best medicine for when you are sad is to smile!
After closing out some of the posters, Smile Withme would appear again.
You keep getting rid of my posters. Are they not helping? No, that can't be it! I'm sure all those silly little worries will wash away if you go for a nice walk! That way, you could see even more of my posters around Neopia. Remember to keep smiling, and everything will be okay!
Closing out the posters began to become a minor annoyance, but this was the key to moving the dialogue along.
Hey there! Still not feeling better? Oh, what's that? You think we should try to discover what may be the underlying systematic issue that is causing everyone to be so sad? Nah, that couldn't possibly work. I know, why don't you try drinking some cold water? That should perk you right up! And, of course, don't forget to check out more of my posters and just keep smiling!
Just keep closing out the posters.
Okay, okay, I can admit when I'm wrong. Maybe the posters alone won't fully fix everything. I've got another great idea, though! But I can't do this one for free - those posters cost a lot! No need to fret; this won't cost any money. I just need you to sign this contract. It's okay! Don't you trust me?
The Contract
After closing numerous poster appearances (approximately 20-40), you'd be presented with a contract to sign.
After clicking the refusal button, he'd say:
Oh, hey, friend, you almost accidentally chose the wrong option! No need to panic; I know you want to sign! I'm glad I caught you right in the nick of time. Here, try again!
After refusing to sign for the 2nd time:
Oops, another accident, huh? That's alright; I know it can be hard to focus when you're down in the dumps. It's going to be okay. I can make this all stop as fast as it started. Just sign on the dotted line, and you'll be happier than ever. I promise!
Whether you rejected the contract two times or if you just selected to sign from the beginning, you would then be rewarded with a new exclusive item:
Smile Withme Mask
The contract disappears in a puff of smoke....
and you are left holding this.
It is now in your inventory.
After signing the contract, the posters popping up on the site switched from positive messages to ones with negative messages or with dark undertones. After closing some more, you'd again see Smile Withme.
Is this not what you wanted? Well, it technically fulfils the contract. With this, you can smile forever and ever and ever! And all it cost was your undying devotion to me! Now, you can enjoy all my hard work with these new posters I made for my adoring fanbase! I think you'll find they are much more entertaining than my last! Isn't smiling just the best?!
After closing out more posters still, you'd be awarded with an exclusive avatar.
Of course, such a shining smile could really only mean one thing - Smile Withme then revealed himself as none other than Chadley.
My smile has garned me many loyal and adoring fans!
The Posters
The posters on the left side are the initial posters that were supposed to encourage us to smile. After signing the contract and receiving the mask, you would see popups of the posters on the right side - each of which was a negative counterpart to the cheerier messages.
Limited-Time Rewards
After signing the contract with Smile Withme, a new unique item was awarded to your inventory.
Upon release, the mask was a No Trade item that could be both worn and played with by your pets. When played with from your inventory, there were several unique texts:
See! Smiling makes everything better... I mean just look at me
You fiddle with the mask and put it on your face for a bit...do you feel better?
About midday on April 2, 2024, the mask became tradeable, giftable, and sellable. At this time though, the unique texts no longer appear if the mask is played with.
After clicking through the Smile dialogue and closing numerous posters on April 1st, 2024 only, an exclusive avatar was awarded.

Randomly awarded after closing many Smile With Me posters, then signing the contract, then closing even more posters.
