Tia's Seasonal Exchange
The "Tia's Seasonal Exchange" event began on March 13, 2025. According to the in-game countdown, it will last through approximately April 9, 2025. The event is notable as the first Faerie Fragments event to offer a prize on Neopets.com!

Upon opening the app, a pop-up will inform the player of the event. All players who play Faerie Fragments during the duration of the event participate automatically; nothing special is needed to activate it!
The event can be accessed at any time by clicking the leafy icon in the upper left corner of the overworld screen.
Event Participation
The event involves collecting Bronze Coins primarily by completing levels.
- Regular levels award 25
- Hard levels award 30
- Very Hard levels award 40
- Champion levels award 25
Daily Quests
In addition to coins earned by completing levels, you can earn even more coins by completing Daily Quests. These can be accessed by clicking the icon in the lower right corner on the event screen.
Five quests are available to you each day, resetting nightly at 2:30am NST. (Depending on your screen width, you may have to scroll down a bit to see the fifth quest.) These offer up to 100 extra each day in addition to any you earn from clearing levels.
Pressing any of the "Go" buttons will take you to play your next available main story level.
The quests will have the following requirements:
- 30 for clearing 1 main story level.
- 20 each for three of the below quest types.
- Matching a certain number of a specific basic tile in main story levels: 100, 100, 100, or 100.
- Generating a certain number of a specific special tile in main story levels: 5, 5, 5, or 1.
- Clearing 5 main story levels.
- Using a certain character's ability 5 times.
- Using a pre-level booster 1 time. These refer to the Missile, Bomb, or Nova Rod you can select prior to starting a level. (Boosters from "unlimited for X minutes" rewards do not count.)
- Using a powerup item 1 time. These refer to the Mini Wand, Mega Wand, Magic Gloves, or Rainbow Negg you can activate while playing a level.
- Changing a partner Neopet's appearance in the Closet.
- Buying a new clothing item in the Closet. (This will require you to spend at least 1,000)
- 10 for completing any three other daily quests.
You can only progress these quests from tiles matched or generated directly by you; tiles that are cleared or generated as a result of a combo or during the level-end process do not count. You also can only progress these quests from actions on levels you complete; if you fail a level, you will not earn any progress from actions during that failed attempt.
Rewards
Upon reaching specific thresholds of Bronze Coins, you will automatically unlock in-app rewards. There is one set of "Event Rewards" available for free; an additional set of "Premium Rewards" are available by purchasing a pass for $6.99 (or equivalent local currency) through March 27th, or $9.99 (or equivalent local currency) after March 27th. If you purchase the pass after reaching some thresholds, those Premium Rewards will be granted at the time of purchase.
The Premium Rewards are shown in the top row, while the regular Event Rewards are in the bottom row. The thresholds required are listed in between them.
When you have rewards available, the event icon will show a green "Open" button. To claim the rewards, simply visit the event page after reaching the required threshold. Your prizes will be granted automatically.
Neopets.com Rewards
Additionally, a special Neopets.com item award is available for accruing 3,000. You can track your progress towards this by clicking on the image of the plushie on the far right side of the event screen.
At the time of the event's launch, redemption was not fully functional; while players could appear to successfully claim the reward in the app, it did not appear to actually be delivered on Neopets.com. This was fixed for new redemptions shortly after midnight on March 17th; players who had redeemed prior to this began to receive their plushies around 6:30am NST that day.
