The Dreamworld introduced in the Lonely Dance side story includes devices that can award boosters and Tokens. Although a couple of these devices appear to be modeled after real-life gachapon machines (and others are not), there is no cost to use them. For simplicity, we will refer to these collectively as "side story gachas."
Accessing Dreamworld/Dancing Island
In order to access the side story gachas, you must have reached the third chapter of the side story, Lonely Dance. The Side Story Levels can only be accessed after completing minimum level 16 of the Main Levels.
The most easily accessible gachas are located on Dancing Island, one of the settings of this chapter. These can be accessed from the main overworld by first pressing the Mailbox icon to move to the side world.
If you have completed the Lonely Dance chapter, you will be taken to the Dreamworld. From here, click the Story menu icon, then click "Revisit" for Lonely Dance to get to Dancing Island. (If you are currently progressing through Lonely Dance, you might be taken straight to Dancing Island and can skip this step!)
Dancing Island Locations
There are six locations on Dancing Island that you can "Use Item" or "Search" to claim your rewards. Five of these can provide rewards:
Squid-headed gacha machine in the town square
Well in the town square
Bush next to town square
Bush a bit further from town than the other bush
Treasure chest that will be in a different location each day, usually on the beach but sometimes on the upper area accessible by the portal
There is also a tree at the bottom of the island that you can "Search" but seemingly never provides rewards.
Although you can search this tree, it provides no rewards.
Dreamworld Location
There is one additional location in the Dreamworld itself, however, it is time-consuming to access compared to Dancing Island and so not recommended. Nonetheless, here are the instructions for accessing it:
Possible Rewards
Every time you "Use Item" or "Search" you have a chance at receiving a reward, which will be either a random amount of Tokens or a pre-level booster. Although you are collecting these boosters in a side story world, you can use them on Main Story levels!
The possible rewards are below. There is a roughly 50% chance of receiving Tokens and roughly 50% chance of receiving one of the three pre-level boosters. If you receive an amount of tokens outside the range we have listed, please let us know!

You can receive up to three prizes each day. This resets each day at midnight UTC (not NST)! This corresponds to 4pm NST during US standard time (mid November to early March) and at 5pm NST during US daylight saving time (mid March to early November).
"Nothing found."
It is possible that when you "Use Item" or "Search" you will receive a message that there is "Nothing found." This just means you can try again! You can continue trying until you receive your three daily prizes.
"Nothing Found" means you should try again.
"No more rewards for today."
After you have received your three daily prizes, you will begin receiving a "No more rewards for today" message instead.
"No more rewards for today" means you've already received your three daily prizes.
It does not matter which location you receive your prizes from. You can receive all three from the same, from three different, or from any combination of them. After you receive three daily prizes from any location(s), you will receive the "No more rewards for today" message from all of them.
The Void Within plot is taking a break! All point gathering activities are on hold for now. Stay tuned to JN, we'll announce when a more firm return date is provided.
